We understand that sometimes plans change and that you aren’t able to make a class that you’ve registered for, so we have a cancellation policy that will allow you to make changes to your reservation under a certain set of guidelines:
- You may cancel your reservation and request a refund if you do so at least 3 (three) days in advance of the course date. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process after the request has been approved. No refunds will be issued if cancellation request is made less than 3 days in advance of the class.
- You may reschedule your reservation if you do so at least 48 hours in advance of the course date/time. We are not able to accommodate rescheduling requests if its within that 48 hour window.
- OPOTA/Private Security: You may not cancel, change, or be issued a refund for your reservation within 7 (seven) days of the course date.
Our instructors and facility resources are scheduled based on pre-paid registrations, so in order for our staff to prepare for each class, we have to schedule them in advance. Within the time-frames listed above, we aren’t able to get the class re-posted in order to fill with another participant.
